Last week, the Los Angeles County Flood Control District submitted its request for a funding partnership with the United States Bureau of Reclamation for the Los Angeles Basin Stormwater Conservation Study. SCWC supports the District's request and has urged the Bureau to help fund this important study, which will help advance the region's efforts to increase stormwater capture.
