Rancho Cucamonga, CA - “We have taken a monumental step forward towards a new conveyance system for fresh water supplies and restoring critical Delta habitats.

“We applaud the hard work of our legislative leaders from both parties in the Senate and Assembly, the Schwarzenegger administration, SCWC members, water stakeholders, and others for their unrelenting efforts to pass this legislation. While this is certainly an accomplishment worth celebrating, there is still a long journey ahead which will require hard work. The SCWC is committed to continue working with legislators and members of the community to successfully implement a comprehensive water reform package that will benefit all Californians for generations to come.”
